Local progress & preferences

Level unlocks, badges, gameplay statistics, tutorial status, and sound preferences are stored on your device. The developer does not operate a server that receives this local progress. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings.

Optional Apple Game Center

When you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends scores, completed-level times, and supported achievement progress to Apple, associated with your Game Center player identity. It reads leaderboard records to display rankings and global bests. Your profile and results may be visible to other players according to Apple’s settings.

These features use gameplay content and player identifiers for app functionality, not advertising or cross-app tracking. You can play the campaign without signing in.

Advertising, analytics & permissions

The game does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. The developer does not sell gameplay data.

Support correspondence

If you email admin@cognigogames.com, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use this correspondence to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive information. You can request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

This website

This support site has no developer-added advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. That hosting infrastructure is separate from the game’s local progress storage and Apple Game Center.

Your choices & deletion

Signing out of Game Center in your device’s Settings stops future Game Center submissions but does not remove results already held by Apple. Use Apple’s Game Center and privacy controls for those records.

Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Offloading the app keeps its data, and restoring a backup may restore it. Backup retention is managed through your device and Apple backup settings.
